License Suspension out of state

If I lose have my license suspended in Texas, will it effect my driving priveleges in Pennsylvania? Will it be the same length of suspension?

YES...any license suspension in Texas will cause you to lose your PA license (if you have one)....there is reciprocity between states for suspensions....not points...but suspensions yes.

You need to retain local counsel in texas to fight that suspension before it goes into effect.

Do you have a pennsylvania license. I don't know what pennsylvania will do for a Texas suspension. However, you might want to fight your Texas suspension before it occurs. you have a right to a hearing before the DPS authority. I'd take advantage of that.
