Minor in Consumption - Rights of Individual
I am 18 and have been arrested and charged with Minor in Consumption. In Texas, this is a Class C misdeamor. What are my rights? Do I need an attorney? I do not want this to show up on my record.

One option is to get it dismissed. If that is not an option, you may ask for deferred adjudication, which may not be granted. Have you hired an attorney regarding this?
