Can you get a felony from getting convicted of a certain number of misdmenors?

If you are talking about DWI the answer is yes. All you have to have is two prior convictions of DWI within the past ten years and you face a third degree felony with a punishment range of no less than two years up to ten years in the penitentiary and a possible fine of up to $10,000.00.
