can i get my record expunged in texas, 1 is assault deferred adjudication 8 years ago, 1 DUI that was dismissed and 1 possession of dangerous drug that was deferred

If the DUI (are you sure that it was not a DWI? Were you a minor at the time?) was actually dismissed with no community supervision, it can be expunged.
The deferreds cannot be expunged, but you might be eligible for a non-disclosure. That will hide the record from most private individuals and companies, but it would still be seen by law enforcement and many state licensing agencies.
