My vehicle was damage while parked in the parking lot outside my apartment, It was damage by contractors doing repair work. I informed the apartment manager, she threaten me with eviction. Is this legal?

This does not sound like a drunk driving question. I suggest you repost it under landlord tenant law. Generally tenants can be evicted if they do not comply with their lease. Since I don't have your lease, I do not know what it says. My guess is that informing the apartment manager that your property has been damaged by their contractors does not violate your lease.
