Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My 15 year old daughter went for a week long visit with my sister. My sister has kept her from me for almost a year, making it extremely difficult to get my daughter home. Now that my daughter is finally home, she keeps harrassing her through texts and phone calls (over 90 phone calls in two weeks). My sister has two young daughters that she homeschools, keeps them in the home except for their biweekly trip to the grocery store. She has used my daughter as a playmate for her girls and an adult companion for herself. She has also convinced my daughter that she is going to make her famous in the music industry and has told me that my daughter is her property and investment. How do I file a restraining order to keep her and her husband from contacting my now 16 year old daughter and filling her head with lies?

Talk to a family law attorney in your county.

If the harassment has gotten bad, call the police or District Attorney's office in your area.
