i am going through a bad custody battle and my sons dad calls cps every chance he gets and tries to have my son taken away. well this time he manged to find someone to believe him. cps opened a case and was looking into it. well my son went to his dads for summer vacation. while he was gone i went out with a friend for his going away party, anyway long story short wound up getting a PI and now cps has made me give my son to his grandparents while this case is going, how can they do that they are saying im an alcoholic and i drink very seldom and only when my son is out of town is this legal

Unfortunately, dealing with the CPS is like dealing with the Nazi party. They are absolute jerks, and for some reason the judges go along with any ridiculous thing they do - such as stealing people's children.
