am i breaking any laws?

my son is in iraq. he asked me to pick his car up and park it. his wife is driving car. if i pick it up am i breaking any laws, even if he gave me permission?

How are you going to prove that you have your son's permission. Sounds like your son and his wife are having problems. If the car is community property, she has an equal right to the car. I will pray for your son's safe return.
