Child Custody

hello i have a 3 month old child and my current boyfriend and i are not working out and i was wondering if he could take her away from me? i am wrking part time and a full time student, he threatend me sayin he could and that he would.but he has not helped with his child at all? if you could please email me letting me know i would greatly appriciate it thank you [email protected]

He can't take the child without a lot of proof that you are an unfit mother. That's hard to prove as long as you're doing your best to care for the child. The fact that he is doing nothing won't help him. Take this case to tha AG's office to get child support enforced.
