Child Support

Does my current husband have a voice in a child support hearing with my ex-husband? Does my ex-husband's girlfriend have a voice?

I'm not sure what you mean by voice?

If there is a trial and/or hearing, current spouses can be in the court room.

Girl/boy friends cannot.

However, anyone can be called to testify if they have "personal knowledge".
