does my boyfriend have rights

My now ex-boyfriend and I were going to give our daughter up for adoption and he signed over his rights but we decided to keep her, does he still have rights since the adoption never went through?

It depends on what you mean "signed over his rights".. is there a court order terminating his rights. If not, then I would say that he has as many rights as you do.
