Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Rights of a father during a seperation.

Wife left me and now after two months of seperation, she is refusing to let me see our child. What are my rights before going to a lawyer?

In the absence of any order to the contrary, you have as much right to the child as she does. What do you mean she is refusing to let you see your child. If she wont turn him over, file for divorce and get court orders in place.
