Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child support
my husband pay $850 on child support every month.the mother don't buy any clothes or shoes for the child.he has 3 children with her one girl is 19 and about to get married to her boyfriend the second girl is 18 and in the army and his son is 10 and lives with his mom.she let him eat by himself while she is eating with her boyfriend in there bedroom.she always goes on a trip.but i never see her spending money on her son.we can't even take the boy to the barbershop cause she won't allow it if we do all hell break loose.the boy also have big problems he lie all the time steals playing little mind games.we tried to talk to her about taking him to a social worker or something to get help for him but again she won't allow it.is there anything we can do legally to see if we can pay less child support or if we can get the boy to live at our place cause right now she is not taking good care of him.and the boy needs some serieus help.

Sounds like you need to file a motion to modify custody.
