if a parent gives up all parental right,is he/she obligated to pay child support of any kind?

Based on the information provided in this question, you might be able to have any retroactive child support go away without any further obligations. Making retroactive child support go away is a difficult but not impossible taks to accomplish. If you still owe any future child support, this child support should terminate immediately upon termination of parental rights. Maybe retroactive child support. It is difficult but not impossible to make past due child support go away.

Future child support should terminate once parental rights are terminated since the parent is treated as if they have died. Be sure that all future c.s. payments stopped.
