Can my ex get full custody on these terms?

My ex clames our son had bruises on his leg that looked like someone grabed him hard enough to leave the bruises. And also a bruises that looked like a shoe prent. He also said he has pic. of them but he will not show them me. I have never seen the bruises on him when I change him or give him a bath. He saids because I did not see them I am neglient and he is going to get full custody of him. He also saids it was me or my family that did it but he cant prove that eather. Well someone please help me and let me know if that will sand in court for him to get full custody?

First, claims of abuse are common in custody disputes.

Second, he will need to prove who did it.

Third, you will need to have witnesses that can testify in court that they did not see any bruising on or around the dates that you ex claim the bruising occurrerd.

Fourth, the ex does not need to show you anything.

Fifth, what does the term full custody mean? Does he want all of your visits to be supervised?

Sixth, run -- don't walk -- to an attorney that handles a lot of family law cases and is familiar with the courts in your county.

Lastly, it is inappropriate for any attorney to promise you that you won't have problems in court without meeting with you in person and discussing your issues in greater depth.
