Child visitation
my ex was started overnight visitation with my 4 year old son he recently became a wanted fugitive in our city, i denied visitation this past weekend, he called and said he will get me in court for this, can he do that, will i get in trouble?

Hire a lawyer. I have seen police departments accept a felony charge of interference with child custody (Texas Penal Code 25.03). He would be foolish to do it, since you say there is a warrant out for him, but people do crazy things. An attorney can file a petition to modify visitation, at least until his criminal matter is cleared up.
