I am common law in tx. After 12 yrs he is asking me to leave.Everything is in his name.He owns his own business,I am an employee. what rights do I have? I had a car & place to live when I met him.Now hes wanting me to walk wway

As a common law spouse you have the same rights to community property and your separate property that any other spouse has. That may entitle you to part of the business, your home, savings, retirement, vehicles, etc. You need to talk to a divorce lawyer about your case.
