Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Cps

I was involved with CPS a little over 6 months ago. I did everything they wanted me to do and they closed out my case in a little over 9 months. Now they want to add my name to some database that says I physically abused my child (not the case at all), which will probably cause me to lose my job. They said I have the right to protest it, but I have no idea how to go about it.
