Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

custody

My ex and i have joint custody. Two months ago she moved to another city leaving my child with a friend. I just found out last week and need to know if i can get custody. My ex has a history of hiding the child from me and blocking my court ordered visitation. She has moved and changed the childs school 13 times in the past 7 years. Now she does not even have the child and has moved again. What can I do? Thanks (I own my own home, have a fulltime job, married for seven years and my son lives with me)

Re: custody

You can hire a good family law attorney and file for a modification of custody. Sounds like there are grounds. I do not charge for initial consultations. Feel free to call the office and set up an appointment.
