Custody
I am the mother of a 2 month old baby, the father is not a very good father and I want to get custody of her to take her out of state to go back to my home state ohio, I need to find out what i can do to get custody of her and make him pay for child support and if possible not go to through a court hearing over there. I would like to know the easiest way possible to get this done and if he decides to fight me i would like to know what steps i need to take after that.
