Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughter just turned 17 I told her we are moving to South Dakota. Now she wants to move out and take her 8month old daughter and live with the father they just got back together. He has no job she has a seasonal part time job. What can I do being the grandma?

You can consider filing an original suit affecting the parent-child relationship citing either section 102.003(a)(9) or 102.004 of the Texas Family Code, as applicable.

You probably can't do anything as a practical matter, but that would be your legal on-ramp, so to speak.
