Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughter's doctor recently stopped taking my employer's insurance(HMO). I am only allowed to change my coverage at a certain time of the year. If my ex-wife refuses to find another in network doctor, am I still responsible for paying the non-insured medical bills?

Read your decree. Many decrees have clauses that deal with the use of out of plan providers without the consent of the other conservator except in emergencies.
