Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

In my divorce decree I have 2 terms for child custody, one within 100 miles and one residing with outside of 100 miles. I am looking to move over 100 miles away but within the decree, movement outside of 100 miles seems to only pertain to my ex-husband. I am not sure if these same terms hold for me, as far as moving outside of 100 miles. I am wondering if I move outside of the 100 miles do I have to modify the custody or do I just use the terms for over 100 miles custody.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

Sheree

The "over 100 miles" provision doesn't say anything about who moved; it only says "these provisions kick in when the parties find themselves living more than 100 miles apart."
