My Daughther

at the age of 17 i sign what i thouhgt dicvorce papers but turned out to be that and me giving up my rights to my child to her grandmother. my daugther is 4 and i have had her her whole life. 4 months ago her grandmother took her for the weekend and didnt give her back. what can i do to get my child back home with me.
