Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If my divorce decree states that I have the exclusive right to designate the place of residence within Hardin County and any contiguous counties mean I can move back home to NJ since it gives specific ways to handle visitation both within and out of a 100 mile radius????

Hardin and contiguous counties means "Hardin County, Texas and any county that touches Hardin County, Texas." Basically, that limits you to the following counties:

Hardin

Tyler

Polk

Liberty

Jefferson

Orange

Jasper

If you want to move outside of those counties in Texas, you have to get the court's permission or your ex's written consent.

Good luck!!
