Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I got divorced in Nebraska (filed in Nov 2012, final in Dec 2015 - married from Jul 89 to Dec 2015) and ex-wife is there. I'm now in Texas (retired Air Force) and she get's half my retirement pay each month. Found out she petition for a change to the Decree, but unaware of why, but believe it for more $. Do Nebraska or Texas legal precedence apply in this case?
