Emancipation/ Guardianship
I don't like living with my mother and my step father because they are really verbally violent. My home is very unstable and my mom hardly pays attention to me. My aunt is willing to gain guardianship over me, but am i qualified to ge emancipated?

First, how old are you? It matters.
Secondly, a judge will probably not emancipate you unless you have your parents' cooperation, or unless there is a more serious complaint than you have presented here.
Ask your aunt to consult with a lawyer.
