Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Father child visitation

My boyfriends x-wife will not allow him to pick up his children, age 15, 12, 10 for Father visitation. She has slowing turned everyone of his children against him. I am seeing signs of depression because he misses being able to see his children. He is not a dead beat dad. He is a wonderful man. She caused the divorce not him. She is vindictive and revengeful. What can I do to help him be able to see his children ?

Based on what you have written, it appears that an enforcement action might need to be filed in the divorce court. If my local family law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my paralegal Tina ([email protected]) to arrange for an initial consultation.
