Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Hello,if a judge is ordering a writ of attachment on child custody but set a court date 7 days away, does that mean the child comes home immediately until court?

Yes. The writ of attachment orders law enforcement to come take the child and deliver the child to whomever is identified in the writ...the other parent, the court, etc. Then at the hearing, the judge will hear the case that lead up to the writ of attachment.
