hiding 401k assets

my husband has threatened to hide all his assests if i file for a divorce....can a JUDGE somehow trace all his accounts down ??

if so.. how long will that take to do...

he has work three different jobs in the last seven years.

all the 401k accounts were different amounts.

i am a stay at home mom.

You obviously need to talk to an attorney immediately.

The Judge will not look for assets. It is not the judge's job.

I charge $100 to meet with you for an hour to discuss what you need to do NOW.

You can do some stuff now that will save you money later.
