My ex husband has not seen it asked to see my son in 14 months he wants him for an overnight visit now and has not provided a current residence to myself or the courts do I have to allow my son to go

It depends. We would need to see the Order.

But, hypothetically, if the last custody order entered gives your ex the right to see your son, and if you don't let him see your son, you could be held in contempt of court.

If the order says this, I would definitely, hire a qualified custody attorney immediately and let them assist you in filing to modify the order so that you feel secure on his address and getting your son back, and so that a re-unification plan with his father can be put into place, if it is determined to be in the best interest of the child.
