My husband first wife died in 1995 and he bought a new manufactured home in 1997 we have been married since 2007 and we want to sell this property does part of this sell go to his three sons from is first wife

Anything your husband purchased after his wife died, in his name alone, is his property. The children have no right to proceeds from the sale of the property.
