Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My kid's father spoke to a case worker without me knowing and now has my 3 kid's when he has not been there or supported them in over 2 years. I have to have supervision to see my kid's. What rights do I have?

You have the right to go into Court and prove that you should have full custody of your children.

You'll need a good lawyer.

You have the right to send them pre-trial discovery - send it to Dad and to the CPS folks.
