Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Long story short. I made my husband move out mid march due to him being uncapable to be a family man. Friends and partying came first to him. I started dating someone in April. I am now pregnant with his child. Husband found this out and filed for divorce before I could. He has it to where I have only supervised visitations with my 18 month old son. He has not let me see him for a single holiday since may. First off he has no reason other than his own anger to have supervised visitations. I never once did anything wrong to my son. He doesn't inform me of any of his medicaments issues when he's been in the hospital or anything.
My question is we have our final divorce hearing tomorrow and I'm representing myself. I have been told the divorce can't be finalized because I'm pregnant. I am wanting to know if I show the judge all the pictures, videos, etc if visitation can be changed even if the divorce can't be finalized? I am wanting joint legal custody to where I can have my son under the standard visitation plan according to Texas law.

Your question was posted on Saturday. I'm sorry that you did not post your question earlier.
You do have 30 days AFTER the judge signs the final paperwork to ask for a new trial.
I highly recommend that you meet with an attorney.
