Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

ive been married in tx for 30 yrs. we started a business together and as soon as it started making money he took off with a crack addict. in the last year he refuses to divorce me and wont give me money to file. my county don't offer any help. he and his girlfriend have harassed me and lived in hotels for the last year to avoid me. my dr wants to disable me cause I cant get a hold of my diabetes. he wont give me money to go to the doctor. his ho just sent me a selfy to show me she is pregnant. he and I have 1 daughter that is disabled and lives with me. I need help in Montgomery county tx

He may live in hotels to avoid you, but it's difficult to hide a legitimate successful business. Start by going to the stat attorney general on 105 west in Conroe. He owes you child support for your disabled child if the disability occurred prior to age 18. Montgomery county has several good family law attorneys, but if you cannot afford to pay one, go to the law library across from the courthouse and ask for a list of pro bono attorneys. Good luck.
