Mother was still alive(Children still haven't had access to the house as of 1-21-11))..he removed all her belongings out the house..He used her Credit Card after her death....Took both her Vehicles(the Hummer was recently repossed)..We just found out the other car is being payed for automatically out of her savings Account. We have asked to have an inventory of the house..he will not responde. We
did send him a letter stating to return the vehiclcle(they are in her name)..He had her mailed changed to his address, knowing that he wasn't the Executor. We werentprivy to a lot of what he was doing..I'm so frustrated...What are the rights of the Heirs..He hired an attorney to contest the Will, that money will come out of the Trust.he was to recieve a quarter of The Estate..He filed documents stating....that he was still the Husband....We found The Divorce Papers dated in 2002..This man is...raping my mothers memory--

1 Answer from Attorneys
You hired an attorney. Now let the attorney do his/her job.
If you don't like the attorney, then get a new one.
You need to be keeping your attorney up-to-date with what this man is doing.
