Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am trying to obtain documents to file to Termanate Parental Rights and Application to Adopt. By Texas family law that just cause to place a motion to termanate parental rights is one In the CHILDS BEST INTEREST, which is present in this case; as well as a male adult being present in the childrens life who wishes to adopt them as his own. My question is where can I find these documents to download for free? The biological father of my three children has no communication with them by request of the children as well as advised by their Psychiatrists. He also is almost $1600.00 behind in child support. Can I file for Involuntary termanation of rights? I am also remarried with a man who loves my children as his own and they love him and he is the only father they know or want, Can an application for adoption be filed at the same time as the Motion to revoke parental rights is file and all take place the same time?

You need to retain a family law attorney. If you cannot afford one, contact the San Antonio Bar Association. Ask for the Community Justice Program. They may be able to help you with an attorney especially if the biological father is willing to give up his parental rights.
