Pregnancy Expenses

Does and 18 yr old have to help pay the pregnancy expenses incurred by the mother of his unborn child during her preganancy? Expenses like doctors visits, prenatal vitamins and maternity clothes?

An 18 year old is an adult.

If the child is his biological child, the Courts in Texas will hold him responsible for his percentage of child support and insurance.

Once the child is born, he can ask for a DNA test to determine if it is his child.

They will order him to pay child support and carry the kid on his health insurance.
