Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am in the processing of going through a divorce. We have two children ages 15 (which will reside with him on paper) and 8 (which will reside with me on paper) We have decided to have joint custody with no primary. Neither will pay child support.

My question is ......when the oldest turns 18 can I take him back to court to get child support on the youngest child?
