I received a Full Release of Judgement Lien from child support services, what does it mean and do I need to file it?

I call child services and was told case was dropped and papers are archive, she said the mother does want money.

My guess is that the release has been recorded already.

You should look for some kind of stamp or bar code sticker on it.

For about $20, you can record it yourself in the County Clerk's office where you live.
