Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Just received my unsigned Divorce Decree and there is a statement that I owe child support on the 1st of October and today is the 5th and was not aware of that. Also my employer has not received anything from the state to begin process. What to do

If the decree is unsigned, then don't worry about it.

Read the decree carefully: does it mention the State Disbursement Unit? You probably shouldn't be sending money to Mom.

The employer won't receive anything until the decree is signed.
