i need to know if i can get remarry

i havent seen the guy that i was marry to for14 years his family hasnt heard anything either .I have try but i just gave up so what do i do?

You will need to get divorced before you can remarry. Hire an attorney. The attorney will know how to handle this, even though you do not know his whereabouts.
