child support
when looking at income of military for child support can bas and bah be included as part of the income or is there somthing on paper that i can send to the attorney generals office to stop them from including bas and bah

I have seen different judges rule differently on this issue. You can write to the OAG and separate out the income, and see how they respond. If there is no response, you will probably have to get an attorney to file for a clarification of the order. JAG may be able to assist you with this.
