Sale of House

Can my wife and I sale our home before our divorce is final? We have a buyer for the house and do not want to wait until the divorce is final to sale because we do not want to miss this chance to sell it.

Re: Sale of House

If you and your wife agree to the terms of the sale and each of you sign off on the sale, nothing prevents you from selling. I assume you have agreed on a distribution of the proceeds.
