Send a letter to the judge.

Is it ever proper to address an issue to the judge in a letter? The custody case is over.

Re: Send a letter to the judge.

It will go into the file but the judge does not read the mail sent to him/her.

In order to discuss something with the Judge you must file a Motion, schedule a hearing and notify the other party of the hearing date and time.

The judge cannot communicate with one party without the other party being present.
