solution to abduction of children

I'm in texas,the father & custodial parent;mother in florida, non-custodial parent;children went for summer visit,should have been returned by August 3, not returned, whereabouts unknown; texas authorities notified florida, nothing has been done. Mother is not at the address Attorney General has. Dont know where my children are. how do I get them back?

You are going to have to be VERY aggressive. Law enforcement will help -- but their action will be limited unles there is evidence of physical danger. You need to go to court and get a writ and contempt order. You need a zillion certified copies of the order, and your decree. You need to bombard as many county law enforcement offices in Texas and Florida as you can with copies, and advise that the kids have been kidnapped by the non-custodial parent. You also need to bombard websites and organizations that focus on missing children. You need to be a very loud and very squeaky wheel.
