Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

stop marriage

my 19 year old daughter wants to marry her 40 year old boyfriend we don't agree of that marriage.that guy is already dictating her what to do or when to open her mouth.she called her sister one time crying cause he wouldn't let her leave the house.he is bad news a dominating and rude person.is there anything we can do as parents to stop this marriage? we are afraid that things only get worse once she is married to him.is there a legal way to stop all of this?

You are right to be worried and concerned. Unfortunately, the law cannot help you. She is an adult, and has the right to make her own bad decisions.
