Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Support Agreement

I have recently left my wife. We have two children - one is 13

and is living with me. The other is 2 and is living with my wife.

We lived together in NY, but my wife is now living in Missouri

and I am living in Texas.

I am concerned that if I just send her money she will claim it

is a ''gift'' and say that it doesn't count as child support. What

should I do to prevent this? And how much child support

should I pay? 20%?

Re: Support Agreement

Since there is no indication of who has lived where for how long, you should start by talking with a local family law attorney. Two kids, three states, divided custody.... You need an attorney asap.
