Visitation rights for dad while seperated, divprce pending
My wife and I have seperated. I gave her $400 for child support, she said if I didnt give her $200 more I could not see my son. I refused because we had agreed on $400. She has since put my son in a Day-Care and will not answer my calls. I am not contesting custody in any way, but want to visit my son. What are my rights, and what do I do to enforce those rights?

This is a very common problem. In a divorce proceeding, there is a remedy available called temporary orders. These are things that a judge can order while the divorce is pending, such as a set amount of child support and regular visitation. You should be allowed to see your son regardless of whether or not child support is even paid at all. If you do not have an attorney, you need to hire one so that you do not lose any rights you may have to your child.
