Visitation Rights

I have a question about my visitation rights I live with my fiance' and my ex husband is refusing my right to have her stay the weekend for our visitation agreemment in our divorce. Can he refuse me just because I live with my fianc'?

Read your divorce decree -- if there is a provision regarding no unrelated, overnight guests of the opposite sex, then yes. If not, then no.
